- Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
- If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again, but you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Exceptions: Refunds for subscriptions may be issued if:

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

- Once the game is released and the download begins, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
4.2 Subscription Cancellations
- To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings or manage your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or your payment provider.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access until then.
4.3 Automatic Cancellations by Oscarion Games
We may cancel your purchase or subscription in the following cases:
- Payment Failure: If payment cannot be processed.
- Fraud Detection: If a transaction is flagged for fraudulent activity.
- Service Changes: If the product is discontinued or no longer supported.
In such cases, we will issue a full refund where applicable.
